the role of the teacher and education.

In my opinion I think that the role of the teacher who is a guide on the side while students are conducting their investigations '' the teacher is circulating, redirecting, disciplining, questioning, moving,whatching, validating and clarifying.
the teacher is on the move, checking over shoulders asking questions and teaching mini-lessons for individuals and groups who need a particular skill. support is customized and individualized. the guide on the side sets clear clear expectations, provides explicit directions and keeps the learning well structured and productive.
For other hand, the development of autonomous learners who are motivated to become and responsible for being in control of their own learning processes. regardless of whether students work in groups ( collaborative learning) or alone ( independent study) students learn how to take responsability of their own learning.
Students need to develop the'' mind tools'' that will enable them to become active participants in the learning process. this mean that students are given choices, alowed to make decisions and required to construct meaning from the facts by developing presentations, products or solutions, in order to apply need to learn how to question, plan , organize, interpret, develop insight, analyze, synthesize and self-avaluated.

About teachers, I refer to collaborative learning between teachers and students like a student centered environment, students are in control of their own learning, power and responsability are primarily, student centered, the teacher is a facilitator and guide the students are the decisions makers, learning may be co-operative, collaborative or independent, students work together to reach a common goal. students guillingly help each other sharing-exchanging skills and ideas. students compete with their own previous performance not against peers. authentic, interdisciplinary projects and problems, learning extends beyond the classroom, the way information is processed and used is most important, students evaluate, make decisions and are responsible for their own learning, students master knowledge by constructing it. content is learned in a relevant context.

From other point of view, technical education is playing a major role in training people of a country in various technologies. the of technical education has become significant with the increase in the number of technologies day by the day.thus ,more and more candidates now feel that there more career opportunities in this field and hence are looking out for ways to attain the education.

education plays a fundamental role in the formation of persons.
